Never again will I buy any Dell product. Our new adaptor, six weeks old, *** out. I'm now on hold, again, being transferred for the FIFTH time. I've told every person with whom I've spoken that we need a new adaptor sent to us, free of charge, to replace the POS first one we bought. It never gets through, though; I keep getting asked for my LAPTOP'S information, as if not one person has heard me when I've said that the computer isn't the issue; it's the adaptor that no longer charges. It's been over an hour now that I've been on the phone and there's still no resolution. This is one of the worst customer "service" experiences I've ever had in my 63 years on Earth. Just hideous.
