I had an inquiry regarding extending my warranty of my dell laptop and if it covers the adaptor or not. Dell customer service confirmed that it covers the adaptor and directed me to ensure services. Ensure services egypt said it doesnt cover and when telling the sales agent by Dell clarification. He said in similar case it didnt but he doesnt know if there is updates. I have been sending emails and calling just to receive a final answer for my case and i didnt.
