I live in Moline, IL, & I ordered something to be sent to me by Saturday 8/21. I had to pay for extra shipping cost for this... I also had 2 other packages to be delivered as well... the driver did not even attempt to do the delivery!!! Yes I love in a locked building!! But!! I have driver instructions to get into the building!!! Today, people were moving out of this building, and propped the door open from 6am to 7pm!!! And the driver said they tried to deliver but could not because the door was locked!!! I called customer service Saturday 3 times and today 3 times! I have spoken to 4 representatives and 2 managers! Saturday I was told an attempt would be made again in 30 minutes!, the rep took down my phone number and said they would call me back, they never did!... I then spoke with another representative who hung up on me. Another transferred me to the manager who PROMISED me that it would be delivered TODAY!!! & IT WAS NOT!!! I called today and was told that no notes are even taken when customers call in upset!!! That there's no information stating delivery instructions!! & that I did not speak with a manager!!! This is insane!!! I now have to wait for the package to be "attempted" again then mail it to the person who it belongs to because they went home!!!
