Delivery of teachers uniform materials

My mode of delivery is door to door but LBC DAET do not deliver my parcels. They did not answer my text messages and calls. They keep on saying that there is no delivery on my area, after texting me theydid not reply thru text and even when I called them several times. But, why did they accept a door to door delivery when the sender got transsactions with them?
