Delivery of samsung refrigerator

At first the delivery dates kept on changing without notification. Then it was rescheduled and notified to us that the delivery time will be between 1.30 to 5.30 pm. The delivery guy calls at 10.30 am that he is going to deliver in 15 mins, I ask him that why is the time changed? And he says you want it or should I reschedule. Then he comes does the measurement of where it should go and says does not fit in. At this point he has not unloaded the refrigerator. I asked him to hold on, let me talk to my husband and figure out if we can keep the refrigerator in the garage. The delivery guy closes his truck door and drives away. I ask him to wait and he does not care .Total mis-behaviour. It seems that they have the authority to take decisions on behalf of customer.
