Delivery of product bought online and customer service online support and in store customer service

I purchased a refrigerator online on the 28th of June 2020. Order No. : [protected]. Almost a month has past and I have not received delivery. I have sent multiple emails and have tried called their online support, only to get ghosted and placed on hold for prolonged periods. No one wants to assist me. If there are delays then communicate them, do not leave your customers in the dark. After receiving no Happiness with the online help. I went into the store to ask for assistance (Midlands Mall Branch), I was told that online sales is separate from them and they cant help me and even refused to call on my behalf and recommended that a apply for a refund. All I want is my purchase to be delivered.
