Delivery at 3 Old Track, Midford Lane, Limpley Stoke. BA2 7GY at 10am on Saturday, 22nd August. I appreciate all the information being given to me when I tracked my parcel this morning, especially know number of stops etc etc .. but I do NOT appreciate my parcel just being thrown onto my doorstep from a matter of 2 yards or more away. I observed him doing this from my hallway through the frosted glass of my front door. The contents could have been severely damaged by this action ~ fortunately in this case I was lucky as the contents were dry cat food. In the interests of delivery methods to all your customers, please ask them to place parcels on doorsteps or wherever rather than to throw them there from a matter of some yards away. Thank you
