I ordered a product on the 24 mar18 & the order has yet to arrive. Through the chat option reported this thrice but all 03 executive asked to wait again & again for 03 weeks. I have transcripts to prove this .. my order is still not delivered and they have refused to process my refund and per Timeline stated by them. This is a complete scam and would like to report this to everybody. I am going to file a chargeback with my creditcard company .
