Absolutely pathetic service. My card was apparently issued in December and it is my responsibility if I did not receive my card to follow up with my local post office. They do not offer assistance to their customers but sure know how to phone an harass you if you miss one payment. For a company that sells products at exorbitant prices, they do not care about their customers. I had an account before with Truworths and never had this problem, I got everything on time and via my personal address.
