Delivery of cards

I had two phone calls from two different courier companies regarding the delivery of two cards. I was told by each that they cannot give me a day or time but they would be delivered within 3/5 working days and I must be at the premises or nominate someone to be there. If I want to collect the cards from the branch I will be charged a fee of R200 per card. I feel this is an unfair business practice as I am already charged for the cards. FNB are only doing this for their and the courier companies convenience. Am I supposed to stay at the premises for between 3/5 days for their convenience? What about my appointments? I tried to phone the branch - impossible. I phoned their centralized number and the operator could not even find contact details of the branch. A wonderful business banker.
