We ordered a kitchen aid ( order no. 349243****). We got a delivered message on 31 may 2021 without any delivery made. Since then all our repeated attempts at contacting customer service have failed. There is no response to our repeated emails. Our phone call was only attended once and we were told to wait six days. That is also over and we still have no update. The order was a gift for a dear done and the whole episode has made us very dissatisfied and disappointed. User's recommendation: Poor customer care.
