Ordered items. 6 days later still not shipped. When I called about it, was told I could get my money put back on my credit card within another 10 days. They took my money instantly and now they want to keep my money for a total of 16 days and still no items. This is a total failure on their part. Fast free shipping is just a slogan, has no bearing on reality.
