Delivery issues and poor customer service

I purchased a dining room set over the phone when the State was closed. Upon receival of my set I contacted my salesperson and service regarding issues with the set. I did not receive a response after numerous calls and emails. Customer service responded one time only and said they will provide service when the State opens up. I keep calling and it sends me to leave a message and nobody has ever called me back and salesperson is not responding either. It has been 3 months now and nobody is responding to my service request. User's recommendation: Do not purchase their products online, customer service is terrible, worst experience.
