Delivery guy refused to pickup the item after the top up payment been approved

This incident happened on the 12 Aug 2020 at around 11.45am with pickup no. No.P183854N that has been scheduled. However, they refused to pickup even when the account has been top up and payment approved within the few minutes. Due to this there'll certainty be delay in my scheduled delivery for the package. I have called the customer services to notify the deliver department but they have not expedite the issue. User's recommendation: They are not flexible with very unreasonable with the explaination.
