I have been waiting for my parcel for 3+ weeks now, ordered them specifically for a xmas present and still havent received anything or an email to even explain. A letter has been posted saying I have to pay a fee of £18.95 to collect my parcel from main department. I purposely ordered more product to be entitled to free international postage. I will not be paying £18.95 for something Ive ALREADY paid for, therefore Id like this sorted out please.
