Delivery didn’t make it

Wanted a delivery for valentines day. They texted the recipient after explaining to them not to on the comment box.. so that surprise was ruined.. and then it said on tracking it wasn't arriving on valentines day. They wouldn't rectify the problem because it says "estimated delivery" thats how they get away with it.
