Delivery Delay = Dead Flowers

Order placed on 4/14 for a 5/7 delivery, but it was delivered on 5/9. Because it was not delivered on time, it sat on the porch and now all the flowers are dead. I' asking for the item re-sent at no cost. As I wrote my complaint, I tried 3 times to resolve the issue via chat.... just keep getting disconnected by the Agent!
