Delivery & customer service very bad

I ordered chair on september 25, 2020. Today is october 20, 2020. Order# [protected]. Twice I received notices that it would be delivered by 9pm on a specific date. Failed to deliver. Calling customer service is a joke after being on hold for over an hour then only to be told "its on its way" but no details given. Customer service cannot help. Called the truck delivery company 12x and was told they never received item even though the website showed it was received and in transit. Trying to cancel is equally because policy says if in transit item cant be cancelled. All information over this time has been false. Ikea should not accept online orders if not able to fulfill and offer decent customer service. This has been the most horrific experience ever.
