Delivery complaint

My wife ordered twin recliners in late May, and in early June we only received one chair, the shipper said they were informed of one chair. We immediately informed AAFES and any employee informed us that we would hear something within hours and no one ever called. Two months after the initial delivery we never heard from AAFES. We finally reached reached someone on Sunday 26 July, and after a long discussion and investigation it was divulged that second was never back ordered, and the order was only placed after we called. This has a grueling and totally unprofessional process. They offered to give us 15% off the order, however after this experience we demand a lot more. User's recommendation: Don't put to much faith in the AAFES shipping process.
