I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in May I received 2 pair. I tried calling to be on hold for hours. I finally spoke to a rep who cancelled the order and issued a refund but only for that same order to be so called shipping out and my card was charged again. I have contacted corporate and wrote a complaint with the BBB and NO ONE has gotten back to me!!! Im pissed and will never do business with this company again. If they are so worried about COVID-19o then they should have suspended online ordering like other stores.
