I paid to have the Pax closet system delivered to my house. I was given the delivery window time of 3:00pm-7:00pm. Well, when I returned home at 2:00. The items had already been delivered and were sat standing up at my garage. I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery,that did not occur and they delivered before the time I was given. I ATTEMPTED to call customer service, but waited on the phone for 2 hours and no one ever picked up the phone. So I'm not happy about the delivery service or the customer service line. User's recommendation: If you can bring it home yourself, do that.
