Constantly rescheduling of deliveries. Call customer service and always told that yes you are scheduled for today. But no one shows up. Why do I have to continue calling to hear when they are coming, and they don't. I have called over and over 3 times in one week and told the same thing and no one shows. What type of service for a customer is this? Never any explanation of why this continues. I have been out of water for over 2 weeks. User's recommendation: Not reliable.
