13 months ago Service Experts installed new evaporator coils in our Lennox units. Now that they are going bad, that want us to pay full price to replace them again. The service tech's were talking about the "un-coated coils so I called Lennox. Lennox could not believe SE was still using this recalled part. Another price example of the poor culture within public companies. Our neighbor fired SE after they had constant problems with their A/C service and started thinking SE was actually sabotaging their unit. Putting recalled parts sure seems like sabotage to me. If you own stock in Service Experts, we are recommending a short sale because we are going after them and it will cost SE a lot of money.
