Delete my sccount

Why isnt my account deleted i keep getting fobed off it will be done but its still not deleted. My email account is sarahhowe4447@***.com I need this deleted now I have been waiting. Can you someone please get back to me about this. I don't understand why it takes such a long time. I know this isn't done as I have just checked
