Delete my account

It started when I couldn't see the profile of people I matched, then now I can't see picture of my profile, can't access setting, can't access contact, I have no way to contact them to delete my profile. I can't access their website because it is not safe and my explorer block it. It is a really poor website and app. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! They told me they had no idea why It is happening
