》 Amerisave was unresponsive and communication was a nightmare. They took our $500 application fee and we go nothing.

》 Bad communication, not work on your loan, not lock the interest rate, try to disapprove you loan to take your $500 deposit.

》 Need to find out why I keep being given a closing date and no one ever show up
