Waiting 4 months and still no payment!! Deceased mother still has bills and taxes to pay and this so-called company is dragging their feet. Total *** keep telling us they need different forms filled out....told my husband to fill out an employment form now that is STUPID like he's applying for a job!!! DUUUUUUH. Will be contacting BBB and a private attorney!! They had plenty of chances to pay. Was also told the company folded and was bought out but it still doesn't matter they HAVE to still pay that policy!! Had no problem taking payment out monthly. *** with no clue to what they are doing!!
