Delaying in delivering my shipment without a valid reason

I ordered a product from adidas online and I supposed to receive it with three days as they mentioned in the delivery terms. I receive a msg from aramex stating that I'll receive it on 8/8/21 then they didn't send it when I called to ask they said that there is a problem with my address although it's not the first time to receive from them packages on the same address so that was invalid reason for me, I called to complain the stuff was so polite and considerate but still haven't received my shipment.
