Delaying customer refunds

we bought 2 5 blades hunter fans we hired a licensed contractor who installed them one fan we had to take back the motor was defective when the electrician finished the 2nd fan that fan motor made a clicking sound. we had to pay an extra 140 dollars for the same licensed electrian to come back to replace fan motor. we spoke several times to an ''' escalation rep ''' named Angela we asked why they are dragging their feet in paying us our refund why do we have to wait 4 to 6 business weeks !!!!!! This is not the way to do business especially from a customer who has to make several trips to get aNEW FAN THAT WORKS... to all customers make the store open fan box & make sure motor works i will never buy another hunter fan terrible customer service
