Delayed shipment and overcharge

Shipment was delayed several times. In spite of specifying "no forklift" available for offload and lift gate requirement, they showed up with no means to unload. I had to pay for laborers ! "Load to big to use lift gate" was the excuse. Driver was rude. Then they charged my credit card with additional fees !!! Don't use Freightquote
