Delayed products

I ordered my cgm equipment and they have not arrived for two weeks! I have been a diabetic for so long that I cannot tell where my blood sugar is without a cgm. I have reviewed my order and payment 6 times! Still nothing. I am using fingersticks, my blood sugar has been as low as 30! Still nothing! This is not the first time they have stalled me like this.
