Delayed pay out

I was working in Rhodes food in Krugersdorp I resigned on the 30th January 2019 my hr filled a provident fund form .even today I didn't get any cent from provident fund .I have been trying to call but I didn't get her over the phone please help tell me what to do now please email me on this address veronicasiwela76@***.com thanks.
