Delayed in order and answering phone

One of the worst experiences I encountered with costway. I place an order by stating 5 business days will get delivered and even I dont track my order still . Given purolator tracking number but product still not arrived with purolator just because of cost way didnt provide them yet. I have tried many times two times I have been waiting on call for more than 40 min and phone was disconnected. Such an worse scene have been seen. Also my other order get refunded after one week until that time I was hope for delivery. Such a worse time . User's recommendation: Highly recommended don’t order with cost way.
