DELAYED DELIVEY – Past due date

Worst courier. My parcel is still in their hub until now and no update as to when they will deliver. Been delayed for a week now and never attempted to make the delivery. Very poor service. If there is a negative 0 rating i will gladly give them. User's recommendation: Never trust or use this courier.
