Tried to contact the vendor with no success. Purchase was to be delivered with 1 to 2 weeks. After almost 6 weeks, and after speaking to Costco customer service a few times, I called Costco again and cancelled the order. User's recommendation: Not sure if I would order from this company again, since I had no luck contacting them.
