Update by user Aug 08, 2018 Ezbuy finally agree to refund but less out the shipping charges. But agreeing to refund is 1 thing, taking action is another. Now the Refund dept asking for my payment details which happen in Dec-2017, which i Long paid the credit card bill and no mean of retrieving...
