Delay to deliver funds

I sent money to Brazil last March 30th, it was supposed to get to the final destination in April 3rd. The thing is that, until this moment that I text, my funds are not in the account yet. I would like to know how to proceed to get in touch with someone who can help me find out what happened to the transfer. I appreciate in advance.
