I reported a repair my air conditioning about At least 2 weeks ago, I checked with customer service yesterday they was saying will give us result today. But I called today, one of a representative told me they need more information from service provider and get back to analysis. But they dont know how long will be take. During the summer time in Los Angeles California always over 100. How can we survive like this in over two weeks. We Have been use your company since 2011. Never happened like this.
