Delay of urgent parcel

Parcel was collected on the 28th at Roodepoort for east london I have wrote under the special instructions Very urgent Today 30th parcel stil intransit apparently it will only be delivered on Monday Thus is not acceptable as they got a 24 turnaround time Very angry customer Regards Wilma User's recommendation: If you gave a urgent parcel please take note.
