Delay of shipment and refund of shipping cost
Order or Contract ID: "(#3024****)" Message Subject: "delivery issue: refund of my shipping cost" Message Body: "I ordered the item on Tuesday (8/25/20) with 2 day shipping. The item is not here and I emailed the below info. on Wednesday (8/26/20) but no one respond. This is from the post office. "Your shipment was received at 10:04 pm on August 26, 2020 in LOUISVILLE, KY 40231. The acceptance of your package is pending." "USPS expects to deliver your package by Monday, August 31, 2020 arriving by 8:00pm. I don't understand why you didn't give the item until next day (Wednesday) 10 pm and will be delivered on Monday, 8/31/20 8pm. The reason I ordered from company is you can deliver the item in 2 days. (This is an urgent matter because I can't use my refrigerator now.) I paid $12.95 for 2 day delivery. Is there any thing you can do otherwise I think you should refund the delivery charge.
