Delay of parcel delivery due to covid 19

Sir, I booked my EMS parcel on 11 septemper 2020 from Bharatpur. After 14 september, there was no update about my parcel. I have complained twice to foreign department but i did not get any satisfactory reply. Could you please let me know the actual status of the parcel and expected delivery. Thanks
