Delay, No response, Did not receive, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a laptop so I could work from home during lockdown in the UK . I chose this company due to best price AND stating I would receive it in 5-8 days! This did not happen. They do not answer messages. There email comes back as mailer demon, they are useless. They sent me tracking details in Chinese only, so I downloaded a translate app and the tracking details were useless. After weeks of waiting I bought from Amazon, then out of the blue the DX laptop turned up which I refused to accept. DHL sent it back, and today I finally got my refund from PAYPAL, still nothing from DX, I cant state strongly enough, DO NOT USE DX Dealextreme User's recommendation: 100% DO NOT USE.
