Delay in shipment

I purchased two items from Rue La La on November 20th and paid extra (214.40 ILS) for faster international delivery. Order Number E4X00107622**** I received one item on December 1st and have not received the second item yet (December 2nd). According to the tracking app the second item has not even shipped yet. This is disappointing as my experience with purchases through Borderfree has been very good until now.
