delay in service & cheating by service persons

i have pourchase a RO (model - GLITZ Plus) on 06th July 2017, till the date no body has com for service. Today i have receive a call for service and two person came for service (Rahul & Ravi) they open the RO & replaced the filter with old & non working filters, when i have objected they told that it policy of company, after my strong objection they placed back my filters. This is totally cheating with customers. Please take action against company as well as both the person and let me know otherwise i will bound to complaint in consumer forum. Product serial no. - E5HW48D1010959 Date of pourchase - 06 July 2017
