Delay in Refund

I purchased an item and 2 weeks after purchased I received an email from them to say the item is not in stock and they cannot get it in. I requested an immediate refund which they did not provided. After multiple emails they told me they have a 14 day refund turn around. Outrageous! I have had to escalate the issue via PayPal. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY!!!
