I called the PV on Lake St. where I purchased my transition lenses approx. 20 months ago. The coating is DELAMINATING as of two months ago. I called and talked with a "manager" who stated the ONE year warranty-and I said that I have had transition glasses from other companies and this has NEVER happened-could he fix them-that would be a good thing to do? He said no-I said it was bad customer service (he also said I was threatening him when I told him I would write a review stating that I was not being taken care of), and he said I was a bad customer.
