A 2 years ago in 2019 we bought a dehumidifier model #HMT-D70E-A and weve taken proper care of it by cleaning the filter and constant maintenance and it ran for a year perfectly. Now the compressor stopped running and no water is collected but the fan runs, we did all the troubleshooting tips from you guys and still it doesnt work. We want to replace it since our warranty is still good and still is for quite some time.
