Purchased a danby AC unit bc we are going through weeks of a terrible heatwave. This new unit had a loud buzzing noise and kept beeping off every 15 minutes to empty the water pan. Took Danby 2 days to answer via web form. Tried to support and buy Canadian but sadly they just dont care about making quality products and helping the customer out. Avoid like the current plague! Just dont buy anything from them. Shell out the extra dollars and find a company that actually answers their phone!!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t even think about buying Danby, biggest regret.
