Deformed pizza

I purchased two pizza from Elmira NY dollar general one was deformed and the other was a typical frozen pizza. Unfortunately I don't have a receipt to attach as I've thrown it away although working in food production myself I understand there are mistakes but I don't believe this should've passed QA.
