I’ve emailed this company numerous times and called and left a message for customer service about our windows ac units control panel not working and have yet to hear back from them. All we are looking for is a replacement control panel that we are willing to pay for. If this is how they handle their customers they will never get repeat customers. Tonight I tried adjusting the mode from energy saver (energy saver light does not light up) to cool and it is no longer functioning. Half of the lights don’t light up on the digital screen. It is the 15400 unit. When it works it’s super cold and works for what we need but I’ll never buy another one if they don’t help us to fix this issue. User's recommendation: The ac works ok but the digit control is failing.
